or make available to the auction for fi-rex through the site will be processed

The site has been created for the purposes of conducting an online auction in aid
of fi-rex ("the online auction").
fi-rex takes no responsibility for the administration of the auction or any other
matter relating to the auction nor shall it have any liability whatsoever in relation

name of Sports Edition.

AUCTION ITEMS
Items listed on this site may be provided by the Organiser or directly by the charity.
Each listing will state whether provided by the Organiser, the charity. The Organiser
will only take responsibility for any damage during delivery for items listed as
supplied by them. Therefore any collections, refunds or exchanges for items supplied
by the charity will only be acted on when authorised by the charity. It is the Organisers
right to withdraw any item from an auction without prior notice. Anyone bidding
at that time will be notified by the Organiser.
DELIVERIES
All items listed will include delivery to Mainland UK unless stated. Any deliveries
outside Mainland UK will be subject to relevant delivery charges via the agreed
transport method.
